If you enjoyed the Mashable news segment with John Oliver and Cookie Monster, you’ll love these bloopers as well.
Need a pick-me-up? I know I did this morning. Luckily, Cookie Monster and John Oliver (plus Telly, Nick Offerman, Al Roker, and Kate McKinnon) did this great news piece with Mashable. Check it out!
Eh, I never really took it as a spot on impression, but at the same time Hillary Clinton doesn’t really have a very unique and memorable voice in my opinion.
(Also, I’m very biased because I think Vanessa can do no wrong, soooooo….)
If you think about it, Amy’s “impression” wasn’t really an impression, either. When the subject doesn’t have an ample outward characteristic it’s about making them a character. (Not everyone can hand an impression out on a silver platter like Sarah Palin did.) I think that people are ragging on Vanessa’s Hillary because they are comparing it to Amy’s Hillary, which isn’t fair. It’s a character, and it changes from person to person.
